Italian pianist Giuseppe Gullotta has performed in venues such as Steinway Hall, London, UK; Salle Cortot, Paris, France; Sala Verdi, Milan, Italy; Auditorium Parco della Musica, Rome, Italy; and in the United States, Poland, Ukraine, Serbia, and other countries.

As soloist, Gullotta has appeared with the Berlin RIAS Orchestra, English Symphony Youth Orchestra, Grosseto Symphony, Filarmonica George Enescu, West Chester University Orchestra, Malipiero Orchestra, Poltava Symphony, Oltenia State Philharmonic Orchestra, Orchestra Giovanile Internazionale, and Mihail Jora Philharmonic Orchestra. Gullotta’s collaboration with the Giuseppe Verdi Orchestra in Milan under Francesco Maria Colombo, resulted in performances of Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue and Messianen’s Osieaux Exotiques.

Winner of the 2005 Mendelssohn Cup, Lecce, Italy, Gullotta was awarded second prize at the 2009 Camillo Togni, 2004 Rodolfo Caporali, and 2002 Viotti Valsesia piano competitions, and fourth prize at the Città di Treviso 2004 piano competition. Gullotta was also among the final competitors in the 2007 and 2009
Busoni international piano competitions.

Gullotta has recorded for Saturnia Editions and Tau Records. His performances have been broadcast by RaiRadio3, Radio Classica, Radio Popolare and Sky Classic.

A graduate of the Santa CeciliaAcademy in Rome, Gullotta earned a piano performance degree from the Milan Conservatory, and attended masterclasses by Weissemberg, Entremont, Lucchesini, Mjerzanow, Roux, Ciccolini, and Pavarana.

Gullotta is the artistic director of Naxosin Musica concert season. Currently, he serves on the piano faculty at the State Music Conservatory in Messina, Italy.
